SGR(D)-S series stainless steel vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a new generation of single-stage centrifugal pump product designed by the company, which can replace conventional centrifugal pumps used in general occasions.
Suitable for industrial and urban drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, HVAC refrigeration and other cold and hot water circulation booster equipment, energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants and other boiler hot water pressurized delivery and urban heating systems

Features

1. Compact structure, small size, vertical pipeline pump occupies a small area, the inlet and outlet water diameters are the same and on the same center line, and can be installed on the pipeline like a valve. The center of gravity of the pump coincides with the center of gravity of the pump foot, which enhances the operation of the pump stability and service life.
2. The coaxial design of the machine and the pump makes the pump run with little vibration and low noise, which prolongs the service life of the bearing and improves the use environment.
3. Fluorine rubber is used for the seal, and the mechanical seal can be replaced with a PTFE mechanical seal according to customer needs. The motor adopts a high-efficiency heat-dissipating cast aluminum casing, stainless steel 316 welded rotor shaft, and all over-current parts are made of stainless steel;
4. Easy maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline. As long as the connecting frame is removed, the motor and transmission components can be taken out for inspection and maintenance.

Conditions of Use

1. Applicable medium: the solid insoluble content does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume,
The particle size is not more than 0.2mm. (If the medium contains fine particles, a wear-resistant mechanical seal must be used, please specify when ordering.)
2. The ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C, the relative humidity does not exceed 95%, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m.
3. The conveying liquid cannot cause obvious corrosion to the 304 or 316 material (special liquid order query);
4. The pH value of the conveying medium is 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13);
5. The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7X10^‐7~23X10^-6‐㎡/s.
